I am a new staff member to WCHN or transferred from another Local Health Network, why am I not showing on the Mandatory Training Dashboard?
The Dashboard is dependent on employee information from SA Health CHRIS21 data feed. When a new staff member or staff transfer from another Local Health Network it can take time for the data to be processed and appear on the Dashboard. The Dashboard is designed to match mandatory training completion record with CHRIS21 when the HR processes are complete.
